Haraldin Paja
Dearvva! I´m Harri Krogerus, the handcraftsman behind Haraldin Paja, the EU:s northernmost Silver workshop. I live and work in small village of Utsjoki in north Finland. My values with life and handcrafts is being part of community, doing things sustainably […] and doing things with passion and love towards our Sámi land.
Recycling every piece of silver and keeping my environmental impact as low possible is the least I can do for our mother Earth.
I have been doing handcrafts for almost 20 years now, starting from crafting jewelry from iron and copper wire. Nowadays I work with silver and I am specialized in crafting Sámi costume jewelry. I also craft earrings, pendants and bracelets inspired by our local nature and using traditional decoration methods.
And as very important part of handcraft lifestyle I also offer repair services, polishing and updating your old jewelry to make them more suitable to your modern taste.
