NO: Født og oppvokst i Gáivuotna/Kåfjord- Davvi Romssa. Holdt på med tradisjonell duodji siden ungdomsskolen. Brenner for å holde i livet de gamle teknikkene og tradisjonene. Er aktiv i husflidslaget og reiser rundt i området og har kurs. Reist utenlands […] og hatt prosjekter med tema om Ull,Skinn,vev og tradisjonell mat. Bl.annet sistien lages på tradisjonell måte på min hjemplass i Trollvik. Jobber som ambulansearbeider fulltid, men tar oppdrag på bestilling når tiden strekker til. EN: Born and raised in Gáivuotna/Kåfjord - Northern Romssa. Been doing traditional duodji since middle school. Passionate about keeping the old techniques and traditions alive. Active in the handicrafts club and travels around the area and has courses. Traveled abroad and had projects about wool, leather, weaving and traditional food. Among other things, the sisti (tanned reindeer leather) is made in the traditional way at my home in Trollvik. I work full-time as an ambulance worker, but accept commissions when time allows for it.
